New Dormitory｜ Space Overview

“Building a Home, Forming People”

The building has 300 square meters (100 ping) of living space, along with small front and back yards and two large parking spaces. Our plan is to renovate the dormitory to include a living area on the first floor, seven apartments for married students, and four rooms for four single students. We estimate that the renovation will cost NT$13 million. We have made a down payment of NT$8.5 million, so we still need to raise NT$22.75 million.

So, I must ask everyone to consider donating. We are still deeply moved by your overwhelming generosity in contributing toward our library building, and for this reason, we hesitated to purchase a dormitory. But we also believe that you will understand our need and rejoice with us in God’s provision. I hope that one day Priscilla and I will live in the building and that it will become a training center for M.Div. students and potential future teachers.

這棟建築共有 300 平方公尺（約 100 坪）的室內空間，並附有前後小庭院及兩個大型停車位。我們計畫將其翻修為宿舍，規劃
包含一樓的共同生活空間、7 間已婚學生公寓，以及 4 間容納 4位單身學生的房間。預估整修費用為新台幣1,300萬元；目前我們已支付850 萬元的頭期款，仍需要籌募新台幣2,275 萬元。

為已婚學生家庭預備獨立
安居空間，在共同生活中支持婚姻與呼召同行的生命塑造。

四間單身學生房間
為單身學生提供共居宿舍空間，在群體生活中學習彼此陪伴、操練愛與屬靈成長。

因此，我懇請各位考慮為此奉獻。您們先前對圖書館大樓慷慨解囊的程度，讓我們深受感動。也正因如此，我們雖然對購置宿舍一事曾經有所遲疑，但我們也相信您們必能理解學院的需求，並與我們一同為神的供應歡喜。我盼望有一天，我與師母能住在這棟建築裡，使其成為道學碩士（M.Div.）學生及未來潛在教師的訓練中心。
