Voices from church history\u2014Origen, Augustine, Calvin, Arminius, Lloyd-Jones and others\u2014will be engaged alongside contemporary New Testament scholarship. Key topics include the role of the law, the identity of the \u201cI\u201d, and the text\u2019s place in Pauline theology and systematic theology, especially soteriology, anthropology, Christology, and eschatology.
