- 事工經驗 – 候選人應為保守的改革宗區會的成員，具有事工經驗，並且在改革宗事奉中樹立良好的典範，且被神所重用。
- 博士學位-候選人應具有相關領域的博士學位（Ph.D.）。
- 中文流利。

CRTS is seeking to fill two full-time faculty positions. One of the positions is in Bible, with a preference for New Testament. One of the positions is in History or Theology. We hope that one of the successful candidates will also be able to teach courses in Biblical Counseling.
We are looking for men who have a gentle, gracious, truth-loving, Christian spirit, who are gifted in teaching and training Seminary students, who are blameless in life, who rule their homes well, and who are godly examples with a good reputation both in and outside the Church. They must meet four criteria (listed in the order of importance):
- Doctrinal soundness – Candidates must be fully committed to Biblical Inerrancy as defined in the Chicago Statement on Biblical Inerrancy and to the Westminster confession of Faith.
- Ministry experience – Candidates should be members of a conservative Reformed Presbytery, have ministry experience, have been a good model of Reformed ministry and have been used of God.
- An appropriate Degree – Candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
